Jobgether is seeking a Director of Business Technology to lead a global technology function from Spain. You will shape strategy, drive major transformations across ERP, e-commerce, data, AI, and cloud, and oversee a diverse application landscape with offshore and on-site teams.

The role requires senior leadership, hands-on delivery, and strong business partner mindset to unlock value across regions and partners.

Formación

• 10+ years in technology or IT leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead distributed international teams across locations and time zones.
• Strong business acumen with ROI-focused technology decisions.
• Experience guiding ERP, e-commerce, and digital platform transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and evolve the IT roadmap with value, risk, cost metrics.
• Oversee enterprise application landscape including SAP S/4HANA and e-commerce platforms.
• Lead Data, Analytics & AI initiatives and data governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and multi-vendor delivery models.
• Drive IT budgeting and cost visibility across regions.
