Jobgether is seeking a Director of Customer Success EMEA based in Spain. You will lead and scale a high-performing CS organization across the EMEA region, partnering with Sales, Product, Support and Renewals to deliver a seamless, value-driven experience.

• Senior leadership experience in customer success, preferably SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to scale teams across regions and markets.
• Strong bias for data-driven decision making and process automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, build, and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization across the EMEA region, including CS Engineers and Specialists.
• Define and execute regional CS strategies focused on adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term value.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through renewal and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Renewals to remove friction across the lifecycle.
• Establish KPIs on health, engagement, retention, and team performance to drive decisions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tools to scale operations and improve proactive engagement.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent fostering accountability and customer obsession.
• Lead change management and operational improvements for scalability.
• Identify risks/opps and craft strategies to improve satisfaction and expansion.
• Represent CS in global leadership discussions and contribute to strategic initiatives.
