Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for a Spain-based role focused on Salesforce-driven platforms and revenue operations. You will shape multi-quarter roadmaps, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead a team of PMs and analysts to deliver data-driven platform solutions.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, Agile execution at scale, and collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and IT to optimize go-to-market outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong Salesforce expertise, ideally with certifications

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms.
• Translate executive vision into structured, measurable initiatives with KPIs.
• Own and optimize Salesforce capabilities including data models, security, and integrations.
• Lead SAFe Agile delivery with PI planning, backlog prioritization, and value stream alignment.
• Improve Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, and sales productivity.
• Enhance Adopt-to-Consume capabilities and customer success workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and IT to align priorities.
• Establish metrics tying platform performance to revenue and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and executive communications.
