• Extensive leadership experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams across product, data science, analytics, and research.
• Proven P&L ownership at scale (ideally $50M+).
• Deep expertise in AI transformation, analytics, and technology-enabled business model innovation.
• Strong track record translating data and AI into scalable commercial products or services.
• Executive-level communication with CEOs and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and operating model for AI, intelligence, product, and platform capabilities.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives to enhance client delivery, efficiency, and new product creation.
• Build, scale, and monetize intelligence platforms, products, and methodologies.
• Embed data-driven intelligence across advisory services to improve decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and data sources for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Serve as a senior market-facing leader advising executive clients and translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen thought leadership through industry engagement and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable intelligence solutions.
• Oversee transformation initiatives including AI-enabled tools and new operating models.
• Align intelligence capabilities with long-term commercial growth objectives.
