Jobgether's partner is seeking a Head of Sales Engineering based in Spain to define and scale the technical sales function across EMEA, bridging AI technology with enterprise outcomes and leading strategic customer engagements at the C-suite level.

The role blends hands-on technical depth with executive storytelling, building a world-class evangelism and solutions engineering team, influencing revenue, product positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy in a fast‑scaling environment.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, or equivalent enterprise-facing technical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level technical sales engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Translate AI architecture into business outcomes for complex deals.
• Drive technical objection handling and support Sales in high-value opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally through executive briefings and industry events.
• Develop repeatable technical storytelling, demo frameworks, and vertical narratives.
• Build and lead a Sales Engineering and Evangelism function across regions.
• Define playbooks and standards for technical sales excellence.
