Page Executive in Madrid is seeking an IT Director to lead the integration of acquisitions, align systems, data, governance, and standards across a growing international organization.
You will define the global IT strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, and oversee the future Group ERP rollout, with focus on Oracle ERP, cloud, and cybersecurity.
A proven track record in multi-site manufacturing and strong leadership are essential.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience as IT Director in international B2B manufacturing.
- Proven track record delivering large ERP programmes, ideally Oracle ERP.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the IT integration of acquisitions and harmonize systems across sites.
- Define and execute global IT strategy, operating model, and governance.
- Oversee ERP platform evaluation, selection, implementation, and rollout internationally.
- Lead standardization of processes and data models across countries.
- Manage enterprise tech ecosystem including ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity.
- Build and lead a high-performing international IT team and partners.
- Advise senior leadership on digital transformation and AI opportunities.
