Executive Integrity | B Corp® is seeking a Director, Debt & Structured Finance in Madrid. The role leads origination, structuring, and execution of large-scale project and corporate financings, including cross-border deals across Iberia and Latin America.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in project or structured finance or equivalent.
• Track record closing financings with international lenders and investors.
• Strong financial modelling for debt sizing, covenants, and stress testing.
• Experience presenting to Investment Committees.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close project and corporate financings across solar, BESS, and hybrid assets.
• Lead negotiations with lenders, investors, and legal counsel through to financial close.
• Build and oversee integrated financial models and debt sizing.
• Structure capital instruments and multi-tranche transactions.
• Prepare investor materials and present strategies to Investment Committees.
• Oversee post-closing monitoring and refinancings in coordination with counsel and lenders.
• Support M&A activity including portfolio acquisitions and due diligence.
• Collaborate with origination, investment, and asset management teams; mentor a structuring team.
