Baringa in Madrid is seeking an experienced Manager to join our growing Madrid team, leading transaction and investment engagements across renewable energy, storage, biomethane and other low-carbon infrastructure.

You will drive strategy, due diligence and investment appraisal, develop client relationships and help grow the Iberia practice with a focus on energy transition. The role combines advisory excellence with leadership across projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in the power/energy sector in a strategy or M&A context.
• Experience leading advisory workstreams and client engagements.
• Strong financial modelling and investment appraisal capabilities.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy advisory workstreams across power and renewables in Iberia.
• Support transactions including due diligence and bid support.
• Lead investment appraisal, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Develop and manage client relationships and deliver high-impact strategic propositions.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to regional growth.
