Groupe BPCE in Madrid is seeking a results-driven professional to support origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions across Iberia. You will structure deals with modelling, debt sizing, sensitivities, and bankability analyses, while coordinating multi-disciplinary due diligence and market materials.

You will assess projects and Sponsors, draft credit applications, and review terms to shape the transaction structure.

Formación

• Solid financial modelling skills: build models from scratch and run sensitivities.
• 2–3 years in project finance, infrastructure or energy (adjacent fields ok).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or STEM; CFA is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy to drive projects forward.
• Analytical rigour and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; French/Portuguese are plus.
• AI familiarity with generative tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions.
• Structure transactions: financial modelling, debt sizing, sensitivities and bankability analysis.
• Coordinate and analyse due diligence workstreams (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG).
• Analyse and assess projects and Sponsors: financial strengths/weaknesses, business plan and risk profile.
• Draft and process credit applications with internal teams (Coverage, Portfolio, Syndication, Risks).
• Review financing terms and conditions to see how they shape the transaction structure.
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing and mandates.
• Take part in the syndication process: prepare docs for banks and monitor distribution.
• Perform KYC procedures and internal rating/LGD assessments.
