Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Madrid team, leading transaction and investment engagements across renewable energy, storage and low-carbon infrastructure. You will help grow the Strategy & Transactions offering in Iberia and shape our regional propositions while advising leading energy companies and investors.

You will own day-to-day strategy workstreams, support due diligence, lead investment appraisal and coach junior colleagues, with a focus on delivering high-impact

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in the power and energy sector as a strategy consultant or M&A advisor.
• Fundamental understanding of power sector drivers, including generation, storage, networks and low carbon infra.
• Experience supporting growth strategy, market entry and due diligence within the power/energy sector.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy advisory workstreams spanning corporate and transaction strategy and market access.
• Support buy- and sell-side due diligence and bid support for clients.
• Oversee investment appraisal, valuation, business plan reviews and financing structures.
• Develop and manage client relationships and deliver high-impact strategic propositions.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to regional Business Development.
