Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to support financing, acquisition and development of renewable energy projects across multiple European markets.

You will work closely with investment, development and senior management teams, helping structure and execute debt financing solutions across a growing portfolio of assets. This hands-on role offers exposure from initial financial analysis through to lender negotiations and financial close.

Formación

• 2–5 years' experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance or Infrastructure Finance.
• Experience with banks, investors, advisers or debt funds.
• Strong modelling skills; cash flows, debt capacity and returns.

Responsabilidades

• Support structuring and execution of project/structured finance transactions across renewable assets.
• Build and review detailed financial models of project economics and debt capacity.
• Assess financing structures including senior and junior debt and HoldCo financing.
• Perform debt sizing, sensitivity and downside analyses for risk assessment.
• Support financing of acquisitions, developments, construction-stage projects and refinancings.
• Assist with lender selection, term sheets and negotiations with banks and providers.
• Coordinate due diligence processes (financial, legal, tax and commercial).
• Review financing documentation and commercial agreements.
• Prepare transaction analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with investment, development and finance teams through execution.
• Maintain relationships with banks, funds, advisers and financing partners.
• Explore new financing structures and capital optimisation opportunities.
