Formación

• + 10 years' experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital‑intensive sectors.
• Proven track record leading complex Project Finance and M&A transactions.
• Familiarity with other international frameworks is valued.
• Additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of international Project Finance and M&A transactions.
• Coordinate external advisors and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure assets.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and assess key financial drivers.

Conocimientos

Advanced financial modelling capabilities

Strong command of US GAAP

Excellent English (C1)

Ability to manage advisors

Solid understanding of market dynamics

Educación

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
