INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer based in Madrid to lead our financial strategy across global operations. The role requires deep finance leadership, IFRS expertise and a strong track record in project finance within renewable energy or EPC sectors.

You will partner with the Chairman, CEO and Board, overseeing budgeting, reporting, treasury and capital strategies while ensuring governance and risk management across multiple countries and currencies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including CFO/Finance Director roles.
• Strong preference for renewable energy, EPC, construction, engineering, infrastructure or utilities experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with international growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, working capital and capital-allocation strategies across the Group.
• Strengthen financial governance, IFRS compliance, internal controls and audit readiness.
