Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Digital Solutions Sales Executive Iberia to drive adoption of our digital portfolio across Spain and Portugal. You will work with Sales, Business Development and technical teams to translate customer needs into compelling digital use cases and recurring revenue.

You will lead value-based conversations with medium and large enterprise accounts, develop business opportunities, and support the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, with travel across Iberia as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in solution sales, digital solutions, software, SaaS, smart buildings, IoT, or energy management.
Fluency in Spanish and English; travel across Iberia.
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new Digital Solutions opportunities across strategic customers in Iberia.
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and digital transformation objectives.
Build value propositions and business cases demonstrating measurable outcomes.
Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal development and closing.
Drive cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Collaborate with Vertical Sales teams to increase digital penetration.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop concepts and demonstrations.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and contribute to accurate forecasting.
Promote recurring revenue opportunities including software subscriptions and services.
