Johnson Controls in Spain seeks a Consultant Sales Engineer to drive HVAC strategy with consultants, architects, and developers from concept to execution. You will lead early project engagement and position Johnson Controls as the preferred partner in the region, across Sant Boi and Barcelona.

The role requires strong technical sales experience, Spanish/English fluency, and a passion for sustainable building technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in HVAC prescription, consulting, or technical sales.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, specifiers, and influencers in the HVAC ecosystem.
• Promote Johnson Controls HVAC solutions through technical presentations, workshops, and dialogues.
• Lead the sales engineering process by identifying opportunities early in projects.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
