Johnson Controls in Spain seeks a dynamic Data Center Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators across Spain and the wider region.
You will drive growth by positioning Fire Detection & Suppression and broader building technologies, building trusted advisor relationships, managing pipeline, and collaborating with regional teams to meet sales targets.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales with targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Responsabilidades
- Develop strategic relationships with engineers, contractors, hyperscalers and operators.
- Create and execute account plans to expand market share and pipeline.
- Influence design and project specifications for preferred solutions.
- Present technically and commercially to position JC solutions as the choice.
