PALM ERA, a global marketing agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager in Barcelona with strong Meta and Google expertise to drive performance and growth.

Lead planning, creation and optimization of campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram; build audiences, define KPIs, and report insights to clients. English fluency required; 8+ years in ad agencies preferred. Mentor the team and shape paid media strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
• Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress.
• Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution.

Abilities:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively (must).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Looker.

Required experience:
