You will plan, execute, and report on paid media strategies, mentor team members, and ensure campaigns meet objectives. English proficiency is essential, with at least 8 years in advertising agencies.

• 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies.
• Bachelor's degree with a digital emphasis in advertising and marketing.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
