Palm Era is seeking a Paid Media Manager with 8+ years in advertising to lead digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The role requires bilingual English proficiency and strategic oversight across campaign KPIs, reporting, and client communication.

You will develop audiences, optimize spend, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality execution, reporting insights to clients and aligning tactics with business objectives.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in advertising agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree with a digital emphasis preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
• Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress.
• Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution.
