Lead planning, creation and optimization of campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram; build audiences, define KPIs, and report insights to clients. English fluency required; 8+ years in ad agencies preferred. Mentor the team and shape paid media strategies.

Formación

• 8+ years in advertising agencies
• Bachelor’s degree with a digital emphasis preferred
• English proficiency is a MUST

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients clearly.
• Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks.
• Monitor and review paid media spend per campaign.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure execution quality.
