PALM ERA is seeking a Paid Media Manager with extensive experience in Google and Meta campaigns. The role focuses on leading paid media strategies, optimizing audience targeting, and delivering clear client reporting. Fluency in English is required, with a strong background in advertising agency environments.

The ideal candidate brings at least 8 years of agency experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to mentor a team while driving results for multiple clients.

Formación

• Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Looker.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing preferred.
• 8+ years in advertising agencies; experience on Google & Meta platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
• Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress.
• Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution.
