Position: Paid Media Manager PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is currently looking for a Paid Media Manager highly experienced with Meta & Google and fully bilingual ENG Responsibilities: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance. Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports. Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.

Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress. Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign. Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution. Abilities: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively (must ). Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in Excel and Looker.

Ability to establish priorities and work independently. Desire to grow and drive results. High energy and leadership mindset. Required experience: At least 8+ years of experience working in advertising agencies is a MUST. Proven track record managing Paid Media campaigns across Google & Meta platforms. A bachelor's degree with a digital emphasis in advertising and marketing solutions is preferred. English proficiency is a MUST.
