Palm Era, an international marketing agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager with deep experience in Meta and Google and full English proficiency. You will lead planning and execution of campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, while shaping audience strategies and KPIs.

Responsibilities include reporting, client-friendly insights, and mentoring the team to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives. A strong leadership mindset and energy are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies (must).
• English proficiency (must).
• Bachelor’s degree with digital emphasis preferred.
