Job summary

ING is seeking a Digital Business Expert to join the Surfing Account squad within the Daily Banking & Savings Tribe in Madrid. You will focus on delivering added-value services and guiding customers toward Mobile Primary Bank while coordinating with Marketing, CI, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, autonomous work style, and strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy.

Qualifications

Customer-centric mindset with experience analyzing customer trends and usage patterns.
Autonomous, proactive, can-do attitude.
Problem-solving mindset.
Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Contribute to customer development by offering value-added services and onboarding payroll to Mobile Primary Bank.
Monitor campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and CI.
Design the communication strategy to increase service penetration.
Keep operational and financial risk under control within regulatory framework.
Lead relationships with partner entities and ensure clear communication.
Build strong communication with ING stakeholders to reach goals.
Increase customer satisfaction by capturing Voice of the Customer and proposing improvements.
