Job summary

ING is seeking a Digital Sales Growth Analyst to drive digital sales objectives and optimize the customer journey. You will use data, insights and experiments to identify opportunities that improve conversion and align with stakeholders across the digital sales funnel.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. A hybrid work model and international environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Digital Sales Expert you will contribute to Digital Sales and understand end-to-end customer journeys.
• Analyze customer, campaign and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage SQL and multiple data sources to analyze customer behaviour and translate findings into improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Ensure accurate data tracking and evolution of the digital data model and reporting.
