Job summary

Valley is seeking a DFY Manager to own a portfolio of client workspaces, ensuring outbound campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll onboard clients, translate goals into live campaigns, build lead lists, and lead the DFY account management team to keep every client on track toward their outreach targets.

You will tailor client voice in writing, supervise campaign creation and management, monitor performance, and communicate blockers and plans with clients and the team.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients end-to-end, extract ICP, personas, titles, geography, proof points and exclusions.
• Lead the DFY account management team and balance execution across client workspaces.
• Craft client-specific writing styles and outreach copy, and iterate based on reply sentiment.
