Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Spain to join a remote-first, fast-growing cloud environment. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer success, partnering with customers to architect solutions, develop proofs-of-concept, troubleshoot complex issues, and enable scalable AI workloads.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks/libraries such as Django or Flask or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/React/Node.js and Go is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in customer and sales meetings, explain technical capabilities, provide architectural recommendations, and develop proof-of-concept solutions to onboard high-value customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex or critical customer issues involving configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, and code-related problems.
• Investigate technical issues using code analysis, scripting, log analysis, remote access, and other techniques to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams across engineering, sales, support, product, and infrastructure to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support escalation resolution with engineering on workarounds and bug fixes; coordinate with infrastructure teams on GPU server issues.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback to help engineering and product prioritise improvements.
• Contribute to product development and testing by bringing customer insights into technical decisions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams.
