Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Station Process Excellence Manager for our Last Mile Delivery network in Zaragoza. You will drive standardization on site and act as the link between station management and the PEx team, optimizing delivery station operations.

You will monitor performance indicators, develop action plans, and lead day-to-day operations during peak times, including managing external partners. You will also contribute to audits and deploy process standards across delivery stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience in managing multiple ongoing projects with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization on site and share best practices.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success using station and on-road KPIs.
• Lead actions to improve performance and achieve benchmark rates.
• Support audit initiatives and deploy Process Standard implementations across stations.
• Train staff on configurations and ensure accurate reporting for productivity boosts.
• Oversee day-to-day management of a Delivery Station during peak times and manage external partners.
