Job summary

Amazon España is seeking a Process Excellence Manager for its Last Mile Delivery network. Based at a delivery station in Madrid, you will drive process standardization, monitor performance, and lead improvement initiatives to boost safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will interact with station management, deploy best practices, and coordinate with the EU network. The role requires a math/engineering/business degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and proven project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
Experience managing projects.
Experience using Excel and data analysis.
Experience working with stakeholders.
Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
Experience in process improvement.
Knowledge of analytic tools.
Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

Responsibilities

Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning.
Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades with station management and stakeholders.
Support development and piloting of process improvements and benchmarking initiatives.
Ensure station management understands benchmark rates and is trained in configurations to boost reporting.
During peak times, lead delivery station operations and manage external agency relationships.
