Job summary
La Fosse is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to own the functional delivery and ongoing development of a suite of commercial business applications in Palma, Mallorca. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, managing demand, prioritising backlogs and coordinating enhancements across CRM, CPQ and CLM platforms.
Based in Palma (preferred) with flexibility for mainland Spain or relocation, the role focuses on translating business requirements into clear user stories,
Qualifications
- Experience delivering IT applications in an international organisation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with CRM/CPQ/CLM platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Demand and requirements management: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate to user stories.
- Backlog ownership: Manage and prioritise the application backlog balancing business needs and resources.
- Functional delivery: Coordinate ongoing application support and enhancements across CRM, CPQ, CLM.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the link between business users, developers, and legal stakeholders.
- Agile delivery: Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and demos.
- Reporting and communication: Provide regular updates on delivery progress and backlog activity.
- Application support: Maintain reliability of the application landscape and coordinate responses to issues.
- Business process improvement: Support adoption and improvement of commercial processes including CLM transitions.
- Change communication: Coordinate communications around significant updates.
