Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Business Process Manager CX to own the global CRM/CX landscape, centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365, in Barcelona.

You will work with international business teams to translate needs into effective CRM solutions and help shape the evolution of the CRM ecosystem, including BI and AI initiatives. Hybrid working model in Barcelona offers collaboration across functions and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Business Applications, Product Ownership, Application Management or IT Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CRM implementation, development or transformation projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Experience working with international stakeholders, affiliates or business teams.
• Fluent English.

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER CX | BARCELONA

Are you a CRM professional who enjoys being the bridge between business and IT?

Do you have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want to take ownership of a global CRM ecosystem and shape its future?

We are looking for a Business Process Manager CX to join an international organization in Barcelona.

This is a highly transversal role combining CRM, Business Analysis, Application Management and IT Project Management.

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of the Customer Experience application landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the centre.

You will work closely with international business teams and affiliates to understand their needs, challenge requirements when needed and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of the CRM ecosystem, including future initiatives around BI, Microsoft Fabric and AI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and continuously improve the global CRM / CX application landscape
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user stories

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Business Applications, Product Ownership, Application Management or IT Project Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working with CRM implementation, development or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into IT solutions
• Experience working with international stakeholders, affiliates or business teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritise requirements, manage incidents and respond with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with integrations, data migration or external vendors is a strong plus
• Experience with Power Platform, BI, Microsoft Fabric or AI is an advantage
• Fluent English
