Job summary

Babel Profiles in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Enterprise Applications to align business needs with technology across CRM and ERP. You will shape roadmaps and governance, starting with Salesforce and NetSuite, to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

Lead and develop cross-functional teams, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and drive architecture decisions that strengthen digital capabilities and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business applications and CRM/ERP management.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
• Solid CRM knowledge and integration with other business apps.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP platforms like NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of the enterprise applications landscape.
• Lead Salesforce environment assessment and improvements.
• Define CRM strategy and ERP expansion roadmaps.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Develop and drive application roadmaps.
• Lead teams responsible for business applications.
• Oversee governance, budget planning and vendor relations.
• Drive process improvements and organizational change.
• Expand responsibility to ERP and NetSuite.
• Assess broader application ecosystem and provide strategic leadership.
