Evidenze is seeking an experienced part-time ERP & CRM Manager to lead the evolution, implementation, and integration of our business systems across the Group. You will report to the CIO and collaborate with CFO and senior leaders to shape a scalable digital ecosystem for growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation rather than software development, with remote work and flexible hours across multiple countries.

Formación

• University degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in ERP/CRM/business systems.
• Experience leading teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and CRM operations.
• Proficient in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP.

We are looking for an experienced part-time ERP & CRM Manager to lead the evolution, implementation, and integration of our business systems across Group's companies.
Reporting directly to the CIO and working closely with the CFO and senior business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our ERP, CRM, and business applications support our ambitious growth plans.
This is a leadership position focused on project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and business transformation rather than software development.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & CRM Strategy and Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group's ERP and CRM platforms, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates and status reporting to senior leadership.

Business Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams across multiple countries to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for implementation partners and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across multiple business units.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead and develop the internal ERP/CRM and business systems team.
• Act as the main point of contact for external technology partners and service providers.
• Oversee solution delivery, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing activities, and production readiness.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs.

M&A Systems Integration

• Lead the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's ERP, CRM, and business systems landscape.
• Develop and execute integration plans aligned with corporate standards.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.

Change Management & User Adoption

• Design and execute training and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support key users and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Essential Requirements

• University degree.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing external technology vendors and partners.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, CRM operations, and project management workflows.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel occasionally to Group locations.
