Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to own the functional delivery and ongoing development of a suite of commercial business applications in Palma, Mallorca. Location: Palma, Mallorca (preferred) | Mainland Spain or relocation considered

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to take ownership of the functional delivery and ongoing development of a suite of commercial business applications within an international organisation.

This is an individual contributor role, sitting between business stakeholders and technical teams, with responsibility for managing demand, prioritising backlogs, coordinating functional enhancements and ensuring the day-to-day operation of key commercial platforms.

The application landscape includes CRM, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You don't need experience with every platform or specific vendor technology. We're interested in people who understand commercial business processes and can translate business requirements into clear, actionable work for technical teams.

The position is based in Palma, Mallorca, although candidates currently based elsewhere in mainland Spain or open to relocating to Palma will also be considered.

The Role

You'll work closely with commercial, legal and IT stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are understood, prioritised and delivered effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demand and requirements management: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, capture demand and translate business needs into clearly defined user stories.
• Backlog ownership: Manage and prioritise the application backlog, balancing business requirements, operational needs and available development resources.
• Functional delivery: Coordinate ongoing application support, smaller enhancements and functional improvements across CRM, CPQ and CLM.
• Stakeholder management: Act as the link between business users, developers, technical teams and legal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Agile delivery: Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and demonstrations.
• Reporting and communication: Provide regular updates on delivery progress and maintain visibility of backlog activity, including monthly reporting on items opened and completed.
• Application support: Help maintain the reliability and effectiveness of the existing application landscape, coordinating responses to business requirements and operational issues.
• Business process improvement: Support business units as they adopt and improve commercial processes, including the transition of contracts from SharePoint into the CLM environment.
• Change communication: Coordinate communications around significant application updates and ensure stakeholders understand new functionality and process changes.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone with a background in IT application delivery, product ownership, business analysis or functional consulting.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in an IT Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Application Manager, Functional Lead or Business Analyst position.
• Experience working with at least one of the following areas: CRM, CPQ or CLM.
• A good understanding of commercial business processes, particularly sales, pricing, quoting, approvals and contract management.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing and prioritising product or application backlogs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working alongside software developers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams.
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt when business requirements change.
• Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English.

Experience with the following platforms would be relevant:

• CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• CPQ: Tacton, Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Pricefx or other Configure Price Quote solutions.
• CLM: Luminance, DocuSign, Icertis, Legisway, ServiceNow or comparable contract management platforms.
• Delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira or similar Agile delivery tools.

Specific experience with Dynamics 365, Tacton or Luminance is not essential. We're more interested in your functional understanding of the applications and the business processes they support.

You'll be organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-moving international environment.

You should enjoy working with different stakeholders, be confident challenging and prioritising requests, and understand how to balance urgent business demands with longer-term application stability.

This is not a traditional project management position. The focus is on maintaining effective day-to-day application delivery, managing enhancements and ensuring that business and technical teams work together effectively.

There are no direct reports, so we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering through influence rather than people management.

Location

The preferred location is Palma, Mallorca.

However, candidates based elsewhere in mainland Spain will be considered, as will candidates who are open to relocating to Palma.
