Job summary

Flexidao is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to ensure smooth delivery of its Clean Energy Software as a Service. You will join the Product and Customer Success teams, coordinating with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers to meet customer demands.

In this role you will drive high-performance service processes, implement improvements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Markets, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
• Knowledge in Project Management and process improvement.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects to meet customer requirements and targets.
• Coordinate daily activities: software configuration, project plans, cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract requirements and timelines.
• Identify and address project risks; share lessons learned.
