Green Eagle Solutions is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to design and operate a self‑service DevOps platform. You will own the platform roadmap, implement golden paths for service creation, CI/CD, observability and IaC, and lead cross‑team discussions to improve reliability and efficiency.

We value ownership, proactive problem solving, and a track record of reducing deployment friction while maintaining security and compliance. Hybrid work supporting Madrid or Seville offices is offered.

Formación

• Senior level experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Infra Engineering with strong programming (Python/Go).
• Design CI/CD systems at scale, with GitHub Actions and Kubernetes understanding.
• Expertise in Terraform and GitOps workflows.
• Proven ability to reduce developer friction and improve production readiness.
• Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows with rigour.
• Ability to influence architecture and delivery decisions across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build Internal Developer Platform with golden paths for service creation and CI/CD.
• Develop self-service infrastructure modules on Terraform and GitOps.
• Embed observability, security and cost considerations into platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to remove bottlenecks affecting performance and scalability.
• Drive the platform roadmap and measure adoption and impact.
• Lead technical discussions and raise engineering standards across teams.
