Job summary

Flexidao is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to ensure smooth delivery of its Clean Energy Software as a Service. You will join the Product and Customer Success teams, coordinating with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers to meet customer demands.

In this role you will drive high-performance service processes, implement improvements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Markets, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
• Knowledge in Project Management and process improvement.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Service Delivery Specialist - Clean Energy Software

Flexidao is a clean energy portfolio management platform designed for corporate energy and sustainability teams managing complex clean energy portfolios.

Our managed-service solution aggregates and standardizes volume and contract data on electricity consumption, production, and energy attribute certificates by integrating with data hubs, registries, and third-party providers.

Flexidao is headquartered in Amsterdam and Barcelona, but it has operations globally. Its broad geographical reach enables a complete view of an organization’s portfolio of clean energy contracts, equipping teams with tools for digitizing and automating crucial workflows, monitoring operational and compliance risks, and evaluating advanced procurement strategies.

Our mission is to improve the return on investment of clean energy procurement, significantly reduce manual workload, enhance internal oversight and strategic insight, and ensure timely and confident reporting to stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to support with the planning, technical implementation, delivery and support of Flexidao’s Software-as-a-Service solution.

Role Overview

We're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist to provide the best customer experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team, working hand in hand with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers.

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.

Your Challenge

• Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure all product/technical, quality, and business targets are met
• Carry out daily project-related activities, including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business.
• Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
• Identifying, analysing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, while regularly sharing lessons learned.
• Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira)
• Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
• Customer-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.
• Very fluent in English

Nice to have

• Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc)
• Master's degree related to renewable energy.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum process and principles.
