Making Science seeks a Technical Account Manager / Service Lead in Madrid to own client relationships, translate complex technology strategies, and lead project delivery for Cloud for Marketing (C4M) and AI initiatives.

You will coordinate requirements from ES Consulting, Data Science and Engineering leadership, manage delivery across global hubs, and proactively drive account growth with Google partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical account management, IT project management, or client-facing consulting.
• Experience in an agency, MarTech, or SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with ES Consulting & Solutions Measurement & Engineering to ingest client requirements and translate them into roadmaps.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ES clients and lead project kickoffs and progress reports.
• Coordinate delivery with Data Science and Engineering teams to keep projects on time and aligned with client expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities and design next roadmap phases to drive upsell opportunities.
• Navigate a multi-stakeholder ecosystem including internal teams, client contacts, and partners like Google.
