Job summary

Propelling Tech seeks a Data Manager to lead strategic data initiatives for global clients. You will manage corporate accounts, partner with senior stakeholders, and guide multidisciplinary data squads in a cloud-native, AI-enhanced environment.

You will drive upskilling, maintain delivery quality, and identify opportunities for growth across accounts, balancing client needs with Propelling Tech strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects using modern cloud tech.
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts and growth.
• Strong communication and leadership across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to meet milestones.
• Develop diverse teams and learning plans for growth.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven productivity methods.
• Understand client needs and propose Propelling Tech solutions.
