Job summary

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a data-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will lead content strategy, link building, and keyword optimization to improve rankings and organic traffic while managing PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to maximize ROI.

The role requires 3–5 years of proven SEO/SEM experience, strong GA4/GSC knowledge, and ability to analyze performance and adjust budgets to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years proven SEO/SEM experience with a portfolio of campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar), and Google Ads.
• Reliable internet with back-up to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven trends.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution: perform keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (speed, crawlability, indexing) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• SEM/PPC Management: launch and optimize paid search campaigns on Google/Bing to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising, keywords, and search presence.
