Publicis Groupe España is seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to manage high-budget campaigns across Google and Microsoft ecosystems. You will develop and optimize strategies, report on performance weekly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated SEM execution.

The role demands strong analytics, GA4 familiarity, and experience with SA360, Merchant Center, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Advertising Editor. Telecommute options and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar SEM role.
• Experience managing high-budget accounts within Google/Microsoft ecosystems.
• Knowledge of analytics and GA4.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Experience with bid strategies (CPA, ROAS, VBB).
• Advanced Excel skills and tracking implementation (pixels, tags, GA4).
• Proficiency in SA360, Merchant Center, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor high-budget SEM accounts.
• Plan, activate, and manage campaigns across formats on Google and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Report to the client weekly, in writing and verbally.
• Develop independent account strategies following team guidelines.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• Report automation and data extraction.
• Create reports and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to align SEM strategy.
