Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive data center growth across Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will combine strategic development with hands-on account management to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and position our energy solutions for data centers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business development or sales, a related technical degree, and experience with energy infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or key account management
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience with energy infrastructure, power distribution, grid connection or onsite generation solutions
• Strong understanding of data center industry requirements: reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive identification of opportunities and execution
• Willingness to travel across Iberia and internationally; fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
• Promote our portfolio: power distribution, energy storage, grid connection, and onsite power generation
• Provide consultative support to data center customers for resilience and efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, system integrators, and service providers
• Develop strategic account plans and act as trusted advisor to drive growth
• Collaborate with sales, product management, regional hubs, and Siemens Energy units
• Support go-to-market strategies for data center products and services
• Represent Siemens Energy at meetings and events to expand opportunities
