SoftwareOne Spain is seeking a Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant – Digital Workplace in Madrid. You will shape Microsoft‑based workplace solutions, partnering with sales, consulting, delivery, partners, and vendors to translate objectives into practical recommendations.

The role combines technical depth with commercial awareness and customer engagement. You will support the sales cycle with demonstrations, pilots, and tailored solutions, while collaborating across international teams to drive

Formación

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server and SharePoint.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear, practical solution recommendations.
• Confident communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, or pilot activities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and present tailored digital workplace solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and proofs of concepts that clearly show benefits and capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint and related technologies.
• Support proposal development by contributing technical input, solution configuration, licensing guidance, and pricing accuracy.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

As Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant – Digital Workplace, you will shape SoftwareOne’s Microsoft‑based workplace solutions for our customers. You will help them work smarter, collaborate better, and modernize with confidence. You will partner with sales, consulting, delivery, partners, and vendors across the sales cycle. Together, you will understand our customer’s goals and transform them into practical solution recommendations. In this role, you can combine your technical expertise, commercial awareness, and customer engagement. Your work will support our customers in achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
