TP is hiring a customer support advisor to assist our international travellers and accommodation suppliers. You will listen, respond and mediate to ensure high-quality service while handling inquiries about service, payments and technical requirements via email and phone.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Danish (C2) with advanced English, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with CRM databases and Office 365.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish at C2 level and advanced English required.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems and Office 365.
• Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude.
• Interest in accommodation platforms and travel industry helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and identify customer needs; listen, respond and mediate between travellers and suppliers.
• Clarify inquiries about service, payment and technical requirements via email and phone.
• Provide accurate information and follow standard processes.
