CallForTalents seeks a dedicated customer support specialist to handle inquiries in Danish and English, assist with product questions, orders, and technical support. You will troubleshoot issues, keep detailed records, and coordinate with other departments to resolve problems promptly.

The role requires office-based work with the option to work from home within 100 km, a full-time schedule, and holidays aligned with company policy.

Formación

• Fluent Danish and advanced English proficiency required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient PC skills with Office 365 and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and solution orientation.
• Positive, motivated attitude to handle customer issues.
• Goal-oriented and flexible to changing priorities.
• Affinity with accommodation platforms.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers valued.
• Ability to work both in office and from home within 100 km.

Responsabilidades
