Formación

• At least 6-12 months of support experience.
• Comfortable working with high ticket volumes.
• Personal computer with a stable internet connection.

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher)

Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
