JD Logistics in Spain is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while upholding safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management, experience with WMS, and fluent Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus. This on-site role focuses on lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration to support fast-paced ecommerce fulfillment.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Min 5 years in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in supervisory role in cold chain.
Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance.

Responsabilidades

Develop warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design standards, operating plans, and management systems.
Plan layouts and equipment configurations to optimize space.
Drive digital transformation and smart warehouse initiatives.
Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service levels.
Improve workflows and resource allocation while reducing errors and losses.
Lead and coach warehouse teams, ensuring safety and high performance.
Coordinate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and SCM teams.
Gather customer feedback and translate into warehouse improvements.
