JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks an experienced inbound shift supervisor in Madrid to lead dock receiving, inspection, and stowing operations. You will oversee shift Leaders and operators, ensure data accuracy, and optimize space utilization while maintaining safety standards in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires strong WMS capabilities, experience in high-volume fulfillment, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with international management and local teams.

Formación

• Operational experience supervising receiving docks, container devanning, and stowing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with international management and local staff.
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment centers, 3PL hubs, or retail distribution networks.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily inbound shift operations (dock receiving, quality inspection, sorting, high-density stowing).
• Manage real-time receiving bay allocation and resolve dock bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data accuracy in inventory recording.
