JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Spain's Galicia region. The role leads all warehouse operations, from receiving to fulfillment, while driving safety, efficiency, and cost optimization.

You will manage teams, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to support cross-border and high-volume e-commerce fulfillment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan layouts, equipment configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead digital transformation and smart warehouse initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and fulfillment.
• Monitor KPI performance: inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, service levels.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.
• Recruit, coach, and manage warehouse teams and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
