Talent-R is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead DACH expansion for its automotive image processing SaaS solution. You will own full-cycle enterprise sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, targeting large dealership groups, OEM networks, marketplaces, and enterprise automotive organizations.

You will develop strategic territory plans, build executive relationships, and drive multi-year agreements while showcasing ROI through tailored demos.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise Account Executive in SaaS.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to the automotive industry.
• Strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals with complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and driving significant revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a territory strategically.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Native-level German and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and win enterprise automotive clients across the DACH region.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on high-value accounts.
• Build strong executive-level relationships within dealership groups, OEM networks, and marketplaces.
• Position the company as the leading AI image solution in the DACH automotive ecosystem.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to signed agreement.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand enterprise workflows, challenges, and scalability objectives.
• Deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations with measurable ROI.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and commercial negotiations at enterprise level.
